Join us at Barnstormer Winery for our fourth annual, Farmed & Foraged Wine Pairing Dinner series. We collaborate with local chefs to create a four course menu, using fresh farmed & foraged ingredients from around the Finger Lakes, paired thoughtfully with Barnstormer wines. Each chef brings a unique perspective and ability to our dinner table, with discussions around which wines would pair best with their style. We are hosting 4 summer dinners in 2021 on the 1st and 3rd Sunday’s of July & August, from 6PM – 930PM. Tickets are $75/pp + tax and dinner’s will be hosted outdoors (unless the weather does not allow, in which case we will bring these indoors). We will be capping these pairing dinners to 30 guests.

Course 1
Cheese and Charcuterie Boards: fresh breads, crostini, pickles, mustards, seasonal accompaniments
Course 2
Dim Sum: shrimp and veggie dumplings, spring pea, chili oil
Course 3
NY Strip (open fire): crispy polenta, green beans, demi-glace (vegetarian option upon request)
Course 4
Strawberry Ricotta Cake: Angel’s Share whipped cream
