Join us for our ninth season of our Farmed & Foraged Wine Pairing Dinners featuring local chefs (Dean Lane Catering for both June & August) using the rich culinary bounty of the Finger Lakes, paired artfully with Barnstormer Wines. These events will be hosted at the Dean Lane Farm, located at 1100 Dean Ln, Dundee, NY 14837.

Course 1- Farmer’s Board
Local Cheese, Cured Meats, Seasonal Goodies
Course 2- Butter Poached Lobster
Oven Dried Tomatoes, Greens, Champagne Vinaigrette
Vegetarian Option- Falafel, tzatziki, cumin carrot
Course 3- Filet Mignon
Wild mushrooms, Parmesan Whipped Potatoes, Chive Oil
Vegetarian Option- Confit Beets, Parmesan Whipped Potatoes, Chive Oil
Course 4- Strawberry Layer Cake
Vanilla Cake, Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting, Macerated Strawberries
Hosted on June 18th & August 20th from 6PM – 830PM. Four courses artfully paired with six Barnstormer wines. $120/pp. For tickets, please RSVP or book directly with Dean Lane.
