Join us for an educational and delightful wine and food pairing experience on select Mondays in January, February, and March 2018. Set in our comfortable and rustic barn, these evenings will include dedicated staff to guide you through the evening and provide fun and detailed information on the food, wine, and Finger Lakes region. Featuring Chef Kevin Olmstead:
Kevin Olmstead is a Finger Lakes Native, from Dryden, NY. He has enjoyed a previous career as a professional ballet dancer before investing fully in to the hospitality industry. After attending Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Pittsburgh, PA and working for various restaurants there, he returned to the FLX to establish his own business, OmNomNomelettes. Kevin’s love for his home region is reflected in his hyper-local sourcing ethos, and enjoys the burgeoning wine, beer, and spirit industry.
