Join us for our ninth season of our Farmed & Foraged Wine Pairing Dinners featuring local chefs (Dean Lane Catering for both June & August) using the rich culinary bounty of the Finger Lakes\, paired artfully with Barnstormer Wines. These events will be hosted at the Dean Lane Farm\, located at 1100 Dean Ln\, Dundee\, NY 14837. \nTickets are $120 – please contact Dean Lane Directly. Tickets are still available! Just not through our website. \n  \nCourse 1- Farmer’s Board  \nLocal Cheese\, Cured Meats\, Seasonal Goodies \nCourse 2- Butter Poached Lobster \nOven Dried Tomatoes\, Greens\, Champagne Vinaigrette \nVegetarian Option- Falafel\, tzatziki\, cumin carrot \nCourse 3- Filet Mignon \nWild mushrooms\, Parmesan Whipped Potatoes\, Chive Oil \nVegetarian Option- Confit Beets\, Parmesan Whipped Potatoes\, Chive Oil \nCourse 4- Strawberry Layer Cake \nVanilla Cake\, Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting\, Macerated Strawberries \n  \nHosted on June 18th & August 20th from 6PM – 830PM.
