We collaborate with local chefs to create a four course menu\, using fresh farmed & foraged ingredients from around the Finger Lakes\, paired thoughtfully with Barnstormer wines. Each chef brings a unique perspective and ability to our dinner table\, with discussions around which wines would pair best with their style. We are hosting 4 summer dinners in 2021 on the 1st and 3rd Sunday’s of July & August\, from 6PM – 930PM. Tickets are $75/pp + tax and dinner’s will be hosted outdoors (unless the weather does not allow\, in which case we will bring these indoors). We will be capping these pairing dinners to 30 guests. \nOur August feature is the FLX Hospitality Group (FLX Table & The Quincy Exchange) from Geneva & Corning. These guys are serving some of the best culinary in the Finger Lakes! Tickets are now available and the menu will be announced in the coming months! These tours will be capped at 8 guests to ensure we can properly distance during the duration of the tour and tasting. You’ll start off tasting a couple of wines\, get a detailed history of Barnstormer\, the wines we produce and the Finger Lakes growing region as a whole. From there (assuming the weather allows)\, you’ll get a detailed look at one of our Riesling vineyard blocks so you can see how we farm our vineyards here at Barnstormer\, along with gaining an appreciation of the wines in your glass! \nYou will enjoy 8 – 9 Barnstomer wines (including a reserve or two)\, 30 minutes in the vineyard and a 45 minute tasting with Marc\, paired with some local cheese & charcuterie (consider it an appetizer portion). \nThese tours are 21+ only at the moment! You may book the entire tour out for 8 people (if you have an extra person or two\, we may be able to accommodate) or purchase smaller group tickets. We will cap these at 8 and you will have your own dedicated tasting table outdoors on sunny days and indoors on rainy days. DESCRIPTION:Classes will be Sunday mornings at 10AM throughout the summer\, and will be located outside at Barnstormers’ beautiful winery (weather pending). Classes will be vinyasa style and geared towards all levels. Option to flow in the sunshine or under a shade structure. \n$20/person capped at a class size of 20 so we are able to socially distance. Registration includes a bottle of water and an after class mimosa AND a portion of each ticket registration fee will be donated to the Chemung County SPCA! \nRegistering in advance is preferred but cash can be accepted the morning of as well. We ask that you wear a mask when you arrive and keep it on until you are settled on your mat for class. And same goes for the after class drinks — mask on unless seated at a table or back on your mat. Can’t wait to see your beautiful faces IN PERSON!

SUMMARY:Winemaker Vineyard Tour & Tasting
DESCRIPTION:Join Assistant Winemaker Marc Peterson for a 1.5 hour experience once a week on Saturdays starting at 11AM for $24/pp + tax & ticketing fees. These tours will be capped at 8 guests to ensure we can properly distance during the duration of the tour and tasting. You’ll start off tasting a couple of wines\, get a detailed history of Barnstormer\, the wines we produce and the Finger Lakes growing region as a whole. From there (assuming the weather allows)\, you’ll get a detailed look at one of our Riesling vineyard blocks so you can see how we farm our vineyards here at Barnstormer\, along with gaining an appreciation of the wines in your glass! \nYou will enjoy 8 – 9 Barnstomer wines (including a reserve or two)\, 30 minutes in the vineyard and a 45 minute tasting with Marc\, paired with some local cheese & charcuterie (consider it an appetizer portion). \nThese tours are 21+ only at the moment! You may book the entire tour out for 8 people (if you have an extra person or two\, we may be able to accommodate) or purchase smaller group tickets. We will cap these at 8 and you will have your own dedicated tasting table outdoors on sunny days and indoors on rainy days. If we do see rain in the forecast\, the vineyard tour will be replaced with a wine cellar tour. We build in 30 minutes to explore the tasting room and purchase after your tasting concludes so you can schedule the remainder of your day. \nPlease show up 15 minutes before the tour begins with your tickets printed off! DESCRIPTION:We are announcing a new program we are running on Sundays throughout our busy season in the Finger Lakes at Barnstormer Winery. Private groups can now book a 2.5 hour experience with Proprietor\, Scott Bronstein. Minimum number of people to book is 2 and maximum is 6. \nThe first 45 minutes will be a tour of the facility\, wine production and newly planted estate vineyard (weather dependent) with a focus on our history\, wine production style and education about the history and future of the Finger Lakes Wine Region. We will sample a few wines along the way\, during this portion of the tour. \nThe remainder of the tour will focus around tasting through a flight of our wines including limited releases\, library wines and barrel tastings of some of our favorite wines to be released in the near future. We usually taste around 15 wines in total! We will expertly pair this portion with locally sourced\, seasonal ingredients such as cheeses\, charcuterie\, pickles & spreads\, locally baked goods and more. Each season we collaborate with local chefs to ensure a great culinary experience. You can consider this a pretty sizable lunch! \nCome join our new highly educational\, personalized VIP wine tasting experience. \n$65/pp plus tax for up to 6 guests. We do require payment in advance. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior for a full refund.\nThe tour and tastings begins at 11AM and ends by 1PM or 130PM\, allowing an additional 30 minutes to explore and purchase. \nAll Wine Club Member’s get $10 per tasting for each of their guests.
